Modern hotel where a nice breakfast was served. The room was inviting, new-fashioned and had a good minibar and a Nespresso machine. Thoroughly enjoyed beautiful views and wake-up service, available when you need it.

The food was HIGH QUALITY and the bar was executive. Stayed in inviting deluxe king room in the salon. The location was peaceful and exceptionally nice, so close to awesome restaurants around, the Samara shoping center and the buses coming up the hill starting 4 am and just walking distance from an enclosed shopping plaza we wanted to see.

The chain always meets expectations, making the stay super comfortable. No hot water for the bathtub but didn't ask for help. Amazing employees in reception, room service, Wi-Fi, and restaurant. I recently stayed at Jw Marriott in Santa Fe for a business trip. The concierge service was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impressive, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The junior suite I stayed in was quiet and had all the amenities I needed, including free drinking water. The hotel also had two fantastic restaurants, one serving Mexican and international cuisine, and the other serving delicious Italian dishes. The lounge area was comfortable and offered a great selection of drinks and food. The gym was well-equipped and the outdoor pool was a nice touch, especially since it was heated. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this Marriott hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. It was conveniently located near the Samara shopping center and authentic Mexican restaurants. The hotel is also situated in the bustling business district. We had no trouble parking and there were buses available from early morning. The cleanliness was not up to par. The room appeared superficially clean, but upon closer inspection, the carpet was stained and the bathroom was filthy, with hair and dirt in the corners and a mildew odor in the shower.
